I posted about a week ago and also sent an email to the administrator, but have had no reply besides the fact that they said they would reply by email shortly, but it's been a week and i've had no response. If i can't figure it out and no 1 wants to return my emails and posts, I guess I'll just have to take it back and get a different home theater system. I have a DM-R500 home theater system I bought in the U.S. and i think the regional code is on korean. When I put an american dvd in, nothing pops up except a little question mark in a box in the lower left corner of the screen. PLZ HELP!?!?!?!

I have a DM-2000 and I only used it once. Now the door would open. I can't find any phone number / contact information in the manual.
